Learning Goals

Learning goals nurture our students to equip essential skills in professionalism.
 
Learning goals (Undergraduate Program)
 
1.Professional skills 
 
Rudimentary practical knowledge and skill

● Students should be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of general,
   management- specific, and multidisciplinary skills.
● Students should demonstrate that they know how to cooperate with other team
   members to accomplish assigned tasks.
 
 
2.Communication skills 
 
Oral communication / speaking & Written communication / writing

● Students should be able to use fundamental oral and written communications skills.
● Students should be able to discuss their chosen field in a basic written format and          
   demonstrate the ability to orally present their ideas to peers.
 
 
3.Analysis & problem-solving skills 
 
Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

● Students should be able to use basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills on basic
   problems related to their fields.
● Students should be able to analyze rudimentary economic and business problems using
   their professional knowledge and skills.
 
 
4.Ethics 
 
Ethical perception and social responsibility 

● Students should be able to use fundamental code of ethics and good management
   principles when dealing with rudimentary ethical situations.
● Students should be able to identify basic ethical issues and distinguish right from wrong .
 
 
5.Global perspectives 
Global awareness 
 
● Students should be able to identify important global issues.
● Students should be able to appreciate intercultural issues and concerns, as well as the
   potential influences of globalization on general management and business operations.
 
 
 Learning goal (Master Program )
 
1.Professional skills 
 
Rudimentary practical knowledge and skill
 
● Graduates should be able to describe high professional knowledge and skills in their fields
    of expertise in order to facilitate their career and/or continue with advanced studies.
● Graduates should be able to demonstrate their advanced capacity to address advanced
    problems in general, as well as their disciplines management-specific skills and knowledge.
 
 
2.Communication skills 
 
Oral communication / speaking & Written communication / writing
 
● Graduates should be able to explain their ideas and defend their position using different
   modes of media and communication.
● Graduates should be able to apply advanced oral and written communications skills in order
    to communicate - knowledge of the field in an appropriate format to experts in their field.
 
 
3.Analysis & problem-solving skills 
 
Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
 
● Graduates should be able to use a variety of accurate and useful analytical and problem-
   solving 
skills .
● Graduates must be able to understand advanced problems related to their fields and should
   be able to analyze economic and business problems using their professional knowledge
   and skills.
● Graduates should be able to conduct research activities.

Ethical perception and social responsibility 
 
● Graduates should be able to recognize and address advanced ethical issues required by
    effective professional executives.
● Graduate students need to be aware of how highly ethical and personally responsible
    conduct in general management and enterprise operations adds value to the organization.

Global awareness 
 
● Graduate students must be capable of perceiving global issues and be aware of
    intercultural issues and international concerns and their potential influences ongeneral
    management and business operations effectiveness.
● They should be able to not only appreciate the global implications of management decisions,
    but must always consider them in making decisions.
 
 
 
Learning goal (Ph.D. Program )
 
1.Professional skills 
 
Rudimentary practical knowledge and skill
 
● PhD students should be able to demonstrate capacity to conduct important, new theoretical
   development.
● Students should demonstrate capacity to integrate general, management-specific, and
   multidisciplinary skills and knowledge.
● Students should be able to make original intellectual contributions to the body of knowledge
   in the chosen field and apply them to the contemporary business problems faced in    
   professional careers.
 
 
2.Communication skills 
 
Oral communication / speaking & Written communication / writing
 
● Candidates should be able to communicate their knowledge of the field in a well-organized
    written format to internal and external peers and experts.
● Students must demonstrate the ability to present, promote, and defend their own ideas and
    papers at the academic conferences and other professional venues.
● Students should know how to make rational judgments, tolerate and accept different
   opinions, and ultimately solve conflicts or reach an agreement
 
 
3.Analysis & problem-solving skills

 
Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
 
● Candidates should be able to apply a variety of scientific methodologies to conduct relevant
    research.
● Candidates should be able to design and implement research plans; critically identify,
    analyze, interpret, and evaluate information to develop innovative and creative solutions to
    everyday problems faced in a professional situation; and lead and make business decisions
    strategically.

● PhD students should understand, identify, and demonstrate ethical and responsible
   behavior when conducting research.
● Students must be able to relate ethical perspectives, considerations, and values when in
    their professional practice.

● Candidates should be able to apply advanced understanding of diverse cultural issues to
    situations that impact business operations in a global context.
● Candidates should be able to recognize and use opportunities to apply global business
    research in order to lend insight to their conclusions
